We are very pleased with the patio that Muenster did for us 4 years ago. They were very easy to work with and very eager to please us. The communication was great and they completed the project when promised! Four years later and the patio still looks new! I would not hesitate to refer them!!!

Jason and his crew with Muenster Construction did a great job with our project. The project consisted of replacing front sidewalk and installing a new sidewalk from the front of our house to the back yard. This also tied into a new large patio. Jason was very professional and polite. He always kept in constant contact with where we were with the progress of the project. I would 100% use Muenster for future projects.

Jason and his crew installed a stamped patio off my existing deck for a hot tub and replaced my front walkway that had failed and cracked. They were extremely professional, efficient, well priced and quick with the work. I made several revisions from the initial proposal, and they were easy to work with on changes. As the project was started in the fall, Jason had to work around the weather, however the entire process from first contact to final product was complete within 5 weeks. He explained the process in its entirety and ensured to install support pillars and a step down into my sloping backyard for the patio, as well as raised the front walkway and added a step up to the front stoop. I wasn’t sure on design and style looking at the samples, Jason was receptive and offered design and color suggestions to match the existing landscape which turned out beautiful. Claudia and Jason are very responsive to questions and will work with the Village for all permits and schedules. I chose Muenster after receiving several quotes from other companies because of how receptive, knowledgeable, and communitive Claudia and Jason are. They are also a local business and part of the community. I highly recommend Muenster if you are looking for any concrete work.

Jason and his crew did an amazing job on our patio. They were communicative and professional. They were conscious of our yard and cleaned up great. We are very happy with the patio and can't wait to use it come Spring. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted so they quoted it a few ways and answered all my questions prior to work starting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for concrete work!!

We love our wood plank style patio with rough stone dyed border and new matching steps. Jason and his crew really out did themselves. My wife is also super happy, that’s hard to do, trust me haha. Can’t wait to finish up the gardening next. I highly recommend them, they really have a wealth of knowledge and experience with concrete that I can tell will make this baby last for a really long time. UPDATE: He told me to seal it after 2 years the first time and then I can go probably 3 years after that. So I did exactly what he told me and used the sealer he suggested. Powerwashed it beforehand and let dry for 24 hours. Sealed in the evening to avoid direct sun. Etc. And it turned out great. The black border actually looks even better now. NEXT UP: I want my driveway extended and a safety walk. Jason, hook it up!

Incredible attention to detail. I could not be happier with Jason and his team for the quality of the work that was done. I am very attention to detail and everything that was done was perfect. From the pitch that was put on the driveway to make sure water does not go toward the house to the appearance and detail of the California style driveway we got done. Also, they did all the paperwork and everything involved with the Village of Bartlett to get the paperwork submitted, permits pulled, inspection done, etc. Extremely happy, highly recommended, Incredible quality.

I am LOVING my concrete patio - Absolutely beautiful work. After contacting over half a dozen concrete contractors for my patio, I lost hope that I would be able to find a reliable company. Companies would take forever to provide an estimate. Jason was on top of everything from day. Within hours of inquiring, he contacted me for an appointment. Less than 24 hours later, he provided an estimate. Was also very honest about scheduling. Gave a 2-3 window on the project ETA as it was determined all by weather. Contacted me a couple days before him and his crew came out to do the work. Entire completion took two days. I work from home and honestly didn’t even notice that they were outside working. I love how my patio turned out. Best of all, Jason went the extra mile and added the “stamped” effect around the perimeter of my patio at no extra charge! When the weather finaly turn nice in Chicagoland I spend more time in my backyard than anywhere else in my house. This was the year I planned on giving my backyard a face lift. I had two options for the backyard; one was to rebuild my existing wood deck and the other was to go with a concrete patio. For several reasons the concrete patio made more sense so was the route I took. When choosing a contractor to do the work I wanted someone with a good reputation, someone who understood my needs, and someone who gave me confidance that those needs would be met. Thats exactly what I got with Muenster Construction. From estimate to completion I could not be happier. When I talk to Jason about my project he was able to show me options that I had for the final product. He was also upfront of the pros and cons of each option which really made the desision making process easy on my part. Communication with Claudia was excelent. She gave me instruction and next steps to get me into their construction schedule so that my project would be complete by a specific date. The final product is amazing. Friends and family that come to visit are impressed. Most importantly relaxing in my backyard is that much better with my new patio!

We are so glad we went with Muenster Construction for our patio project. We had an old deck we knew needed to be replaced or removed, and wanted to put in a quality patio before the summer season. From the first phone call, I was able to get a response and a home visit scheduled quickly. Jason was on time and so kind and helpful while looking at the deck. He had suggestions and gave insight to what he thought would work best, which was very welcome as we were not sure what the best fit would be. Within 48 hours we had a very reasonable quote, and were on our way. Jason and company were highly responsive, I sent probably a dozen emails asking questions, changing little things, adding a step, etc., and Jason was incredibly flexible and answered everything almost immediately. If he wasn't able to answer within an hour or two, it was *always* by the next morning. We were scheduled for a concrete pour in early spring, which we were hoping would happen as we want to use our backyard space for a party in May, and Jason and his crew showed up on time and ready to work. Jason was on-site and accessible the whole time, which was very nice to see. They put down plywood to not damage the grass, and put up protective sheeting by the house for extra caution. When an undiscovered buried tree stump at the corner of the patio presented itself, Jason rolled with the punches and had a new plan in place immediately. He also had leftover soil from the project and filled in a large trench dug by our dogs, which was easily going to be at least a day's work for us without his equipment and crews' help, and was just a really nice extra step he did for us. The patio was laid out and poured in two days. Before he left, Jason gave us a quick rundown on how to care for the patio and things to avoid/keep off the concrete. We've had it for a week now and it looks great. We have also experienced two semi-heavy rainfalls and I'm pleased to see the water is not draining towards the house at any point, everything is running off in the direction it should be. We are in the process of filling dirt in around the patio and planting grass seed, and in the summer it's going to be a beautiful, sturdy, safe place to be. After being burned by so many subpar contractors, I'm happy to report an excellent experience with Muenster Construction and would recommend using this company for your concrete needs.

After having a botched patio job from a previous contractor, I am glad I found Muenster Construction. If you’re looking for a company that is on time, detail oriented and have communication with you though the whole process then Muenster Construction is the way to go. I liked how professional and detail oriented he was. He walked us through the whole process and was present through the demolition and construction of our huge patio and walk way. He gave us recommendations and they worked out great in the finish product. I would definitely recommend them to everyone!

I contacted Muenster in 2021 for help restoring a stamped concrete patio requiring restoration due to years of improper maintenance. Jason willingly took on a difficult job and brought the patio back to life so that it could be enjoyed throughout 2021.
