Jason and his team replaced both our front walkway and the path leading to the back of our home. I can’t recommend Muenster highly enough for any concrete work. While the price came in slightly above a few other quotes, the difference was evident in the experience. Jason was personally present throughout the project, ensuring every detail met his high standards. There’s something reassuring about working with a locally owned business that takes pride in its work and values its customers. His entire team carried themselves with professionalism from start to finish, and their dedication showed in every aspect of the job. I will be recommending Muenster to friends and family.

I hired Muenster Concrete to pour a slab for a shed I was building and remove and replace my front sidewalk. From the beginning, Jason was easy to work with. His communication is fantastic and his pricing is fair. They left the area clean and we are very happy with how it all turned out. I look forward to having him back when it’s time to do the driveway. You won’t be disappointed working with Jason and his crew!

We were replacing our patio pavers with stamped concrete and added a fire pit. We are very glad we went with Muenster Concrete. Jason and the team were very professional, worked with us on design, and created a beautiful finish. They rebuilt our retaining wall and created cantilever edges to give it a more defined look. If you are looking for concrete work, I would highly recommend going with Jason and the Muenster team.

I had a new front approach, porch, driveway ribbons, a service wall to the back yard and a new patio installed and Muenster Concrete did an excellent job throughout the entire process from Quote to completion! Jason’s attention to detail is incredible, he and his crew treated our home as if it was his own. No trash laying around from the crew. The crew themselves were very courteous and respectful. At the end of every work day, they cleaned up all of the plywood protecting the grass and neatly organized the work area for the next step. Really an impressive operation! I will absolutely use them angain and recommend Muenster Concrete to anyone in need, this was truly an exceptional experience!

Frequently Asked Questions About Commercial Concrete

What commercial concrete services does Muenster Concrete provide?
We install, repair, remove, and replace commercial parking lots, drive lanes, sidewalks, walkways, entryways, steps, ramps, curbs, gutters, patios, slabs, equipment pads, foundations, footings, piers, manholes, drainage-related concrete, and utility-area concrete. We also provide specialized warehouse and industrial concrete services for qualifying projects.
Does damaged commercial concrete need repair or complete replacement?
The right solution depends on the extent of the damage, slab stability, settlement, base conditions, drainage, intended loads, and surrounding concrete. Localized deterioration may allow for a targeted repair or partial replacement, while widespread failure or recurring movement may require full removal and replacement. We evaluate the conditions before recommending a scope.
Can concrete work be completed while the business or property remains open?
Many projects can be divided into phases or scheduled around operating hours to preserve access to other parts of the property. Available options depend on the project location, pedestrian and vehicle routes, tenant needs, deliveries, curing time, safety requirements, and scope. We establish access and sequencing expectations before work begins.
Can Muenster Concrete work from commercial plans and specifications?
Yes. We can review available drawings, specifications, measurements, schedules, and engineering requirements when preparing the project scope. Depending on the project, we may also coordinate with property managers, general contractors, developers, engineers, inspectors, and other trades to align the concrete work with the broader construction or property-improvement plan.
Can you install commercial ramps and accessible concrete routes?
We install and replace concrete ramps, landings, sidewalks, entry approaches, and transitions based on the site plan and applicable project requirements. Accessible walking surfaces generally need to remain stable, firm, and slip resistant, but final dimensions, slopes, landings, and other requirements should be established through the appropriate plans, codes, and project professionals.
How long does a commercial concrete project take?
The timeline depends on project size, demolition, access, preparation, inspections, reinforcement, weather, finish, phasing, and coordination with other work. Return-to-service timing is separate from installation time and varies based on the concrete, intended load, and curing conditions. We explain the anticipated schedule and use restrictions before installation begins.
Will new commercial concrete crack?
Concrete naturally experiences some movement over time, especially in Midwest climates with freeze-thaw cycles and seasonal changes. Proper preparation, reinforcement, concrete placement, curing, joint placement, and techniques such as control joints or saw cut joints help manage movement and minimize the appearance and severity of cracking while supporting long-term performance.
